Online Shipping Rates and Policies

In the unlikely event should the shipment be damaged, please accept the order and indicate the damage when signing. Immediately call us and we will ship replacements that same day. If you refuse the damaged shipment it is the UPS policy that we receive the damaged shipment back at our warehouse before the replacements can be shipped.

 

We do not charge extra for handling on any item. The shipping costs for any part smaller than an F59 tanning lamp is the actual real time UPS or Federal Express charge and will be calculated online.

The shipping cost for the long tanning lamps and are based on cases of 24. The following UPS oversize charges are for shipments up to 120 lamps. ALL LAMP SHIPMENTS OVER 120 ARE FREE SHIPPING, PLEASE CALL.

Acrylics and other oversized items are sold via telephone and will be price quoted before you order.

Shipping Policy: 

We have over 25 years experience in the tanning industry and will make every effort to assure that you get the right lamp for your tanning bed. Please, if you ever have any questions before you purchase, or if you would rather order directly, please call us at 1-866-373-5700. 
Lamps are sent via UPS oversized and are double boxed, making them slightly more expensive to ship. They are shipped with insurance and guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.

Tanning Beds are sent via truck line. Once your order has shipped, we will call you with the trucking company information so you may arrange a time for delivery.

Other items such as parts or accessories may be sent UPS or Federal Express. Orders with a variety of products may be shipped from different warehouses and possibly using different methods.

We encourage you to look around, compare prices and quality. We are confident that you will be pleased with our prices, selection and service.


Returns:
Items including lamps, lotions and parts are non-returnable, although some parts may have a warranty. AS ALWAYS, Call for specific details on any items if there are any questions before or after you purchase.
